Greensboro YEO in Paid Leave Victory

August 17, 2016

Greensboro, NC is the latest city to adopt a paid parental leave policy that will allow municipal employees six weeks off work when they have a child through birth or adoption. The measure was introduced by City Councilman Jamal Fox, who called it “the right thing to do to help narrow the gender pay gap for Greensboro’s dedicated employees and improve the vitality and economy of our city overall.”
